DESCRIPTION
Looking for the Office Assistant needed for busy Insurance Agency located in Glendale CA. Experience with insurance business preferred. Good customer service skills needed to deal with customers in this professional environment. Computer knowledge is a must. Work hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 30 pm.
Office Assistant:
Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes
Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
Creating and updating records ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information
Education & Experience:
Associates degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills; both verbally and in writing. Highly organized.
