OPT/CPT, Entry Level - Systems Engineer �Storage Area Network

We are specialized in opening doors for (SAN) Storage Area Network / Virtualization and cloud computing. We train employees at the place of work while he or she is doing the actual job (OJT). Usually a professional trainer (or sometimes an experienced employee) serves as the course instructor using hands-on training often supported by formal classroom training.

Location: Herndon/Richmond, VA
Positions Available: 18
Salary: $30k while training, $60k on project, after completing 2080 hours ($100k)

Candidate Requirements:

Masters (MS)/Bachelors (BS) in computer science or related area
Exceptional candidates with Masters/Bachelor�s degree from other branches also will be considered.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with outstanding oral and written communication
Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision are a must.
The Applicant must provide a copy of valid driver's license for background check and security purposes.
Familiarity on Windows Operating System and basic knowledge on Solaris and LINUX will be a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees the day-to-day operation of computer networks including designs and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems
Assists in coordinating special projects including software system installation, backup, maintenance and problem solving
Assists in providing network and remote connectivity software support
Maintains LAN user documentation including software applications, support logs and other related information;
Monitors usage to ensure security of data and access privileges
Installs supports and maintains both physical and virtual network servers, appliances and troubleshoots the Storage Area Network (SAN)
Establishes and maintains user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and security; performs daily server tape backups; researches, analyzes, monitors, troubleshoots and resolves server or data network problems
