I try to help bring out the best in children, adolescents, and/or teens by helping them discover and understand themselves.
I also assist through times when life seems hard and you seem to hit one roadblock after another. Negative and confusing things can happen to any child, adolescent, or teen. Sometimes parents may not know what to say or do to help. I try to help support children, adolescents, teens, parents, and families heal when the unthinkable happens. This might be issues related to anxiety, being bullied,settling into a new environment/culture, self-esteem or issues of divorce.
