DESCRIPTION
The Comfort Inn & Suites - IAH Bush Airport (Houston, TX) is currently hiring Front Desk Agents
Responsibilities:
Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
Accommodate guest requests
Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
Handling cash payments
Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
Qualifications:
Front Desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have reliable transportation and live close to hotel
Needs to be reliable & consistently show up for shifts
Must be flexible
Experience is beneficial but will train the right candidate for this exciting position in the hotel/travel industry
