Pakistani Chicken Dum Biryani

Do you ever feel like that it's so hard to find good pakistani style yummy, spicy dum hyderabadi biryani in the bay area? if yes, then I can help you cater for your next event. Friends and family call my biryani "Killer Dum Biryani". I use fresh halal meat and very high quality ingredients. I need at least a day's notice for the orders. I can deliver but will charge the delivery fee.
About my Biryani:
The biryani is prepared with meat marinated with spices overnight and then cooked on dum the entire time! (I hardly use 1-2 spoons of oil so extremely healthy as well). This is a very challenging process as it requires meticulous attention to time and temperature to avoid over or under cooking the meat and rice.
